want to buy guitar

I would love to buy a good brand or at least a good guitar but I only have budget of €250 to 350 pusing it, I would like a cutaway solid top semi acoustic guitar, been looking online and am just overwhelmed with the info could anyone recommend a guitar , a brand a shop anything that could help,

At that price point you can pick up something really nice second hand.

I like Done deal you should also look up adverts.

I did a quick search and saw a lovely Takamine for €350.

It's not bad but not a great deal in my opinion.

If you can you should bring someone along who has some knowledge when viewing. Each guitar is different even same brand and model guitars will be different depending on how they are looked after when buying second hand.

Second hand is defiantly where the best bargains are. You have so many who spend a small fortune buying a really nice guitar who give up and leave it laying around for a few years until they decide they are going to sell. You can pick up a peach now and then.

Quite often these will sound poor when inspected but are transformed with a clean and a new set of strings. They may need a slight neck adjustment also if they're left too long.

Sounds ok to me. They're not a bad guitar. You could do a lot worse.

Thomann are good for new guitars, as mentioned by topcatcbr earlier. I bought two cutaway electro-acoustics from them over the last few years, the last one was a Takamine EG333c ltd which i got for €377 with a case and a few yokes thrown in, this is the one:

Takamine seem to do some very affordable mid-level guitars and I have been very happy with this one since I got it. I was moving up from a beginner guitar when I got this and wanted something new, and as a relative said to me before getting it, if you invest more money in a guitar that you like and sounds good early on, you will be more likely to stick with it.
