sky broadband used to be good, not so happy now, help!

When I first got Sky broadband I was well pleased, I could watch a you tube video from start to finish no problem, lately not so, apparently wd have great speeds in my area, so what happened lately.onspeed test.net my speeds currently are 1.9 download 1.1upload 7.4 ping.
