NCT Free Recheck - Battery Bracket

    So, we failed as the battery in the car was too small and had no bracket to hold it securely in place :o
    Since this is a free recheck, do we need to actually book to come back in, or could my partner just drop in with the car and have someone look at it? He works all day during the week and sometimes the weekend so booking another one would be difficult.

    Yes just drop back in and ask for one of the staff to check it.

    Normally with just a visual you just turn up and they come out, inspect it and then give issue the cert.
