CISCO DPC2100

I have had my Cisco DPC2100 and it has been working perfectly. The other day I could not connect to the internet. The PC is on, it is recognizing my computer but the other four lights just sit and blink in unison. The ISP say they show everything is fine on their side. They even reset the router for me and that did nothing. Has anyone ever had this problem? Is the modem toast?

    Thanks

Does it have the latest firmware installed?

I don't know. I would think so. Like I said it has been working perfectly up until a couple days ago and now it's now it just flashes. I have not been able to find anything on the web about all four flashing lights flashing.

I just looked up any updates for this model and there were no updates at all.

    Who is your ISP???
Did they provide you with the Cisco router?

My ISP is Time Warner and yes they supplied me with the modem. I just spoke to them and they recommended I just swap it out and be done with it. I was hoping there was a simple fix instead of going through that whole mess.
