    Hi, I'm starting this log just for motivation as I find it hard to stay motivated so actually writing it up here what I do for the day will help me loads and if ye have any advice I'd love it thanks :)
    I'm 22yrs old, female. I am 5ft3 and weigh 10st 3lbs. My aim is to get down to 9st 3lbs, there or around through healthy eating and exercising in a different way every day.
    Today was my first day back training and found it very hard.
    4k run in 21mins (very difficult on the way back. I didn't take a break so was happy)
    Kettlebell squats x70 (last 15 was very difficult)
    Kettlebell lunges and bicep curls x60 (bicep curls very hard)
    Sit-ups x80(last 20 very hard)
    Pushups x30(last ten were hard)
    Punches with 1.5kg on each arm x220(felt good after these)

    Will try to repeat and maybe improve on my running time tomorrow. I'll also try add a rep or two to the rest if able :)
