Dont want to go into too much detail, but i really need to gain access to the details of a court case and outcome in the UK back in 1990. It was not relating to me but it did involve a member of my family. Does anyone know if this is possible and where i could start my search. I know the court it was held in but not the actual year (could narrow it down to within a 5 yr period). This is so important to me, so any help would be appreciated.

I think you have to have some direct involvement with a case to get records on it.

Call up the court and ask them would be the best way to find out.
