Anyway, Anton Savage is a pleasant-mannered presenter with a good voice. "Hate" towards him feels fairly "for the sake of it".
His parents are media heavy-hitters which obviously helped him get the job, but... not his fault nepotism is alive and well. Plus, he actually has the ability with or without his family.

I don't understand the hate toward Tubridy either. He's not Mr Charisma, for sure, and it's baffling how he's gotten so far in broadcasting, but the guy himself... personally don't see an issue with him myself.
