UPnP on Horizon HD box

Have XBOX360 connected to Horizon box but the Horizon box . will only let it operate in Moderate.how can i get the horizon box to let the 360 operate in Open setting.Does horizon box support UPnP and how do i enable it or how can i open port 3074.

To enable UPnP, open http://192.168.192.1/ login and click on the 'Advanced' tab, you'll see it as the last option.
