Hi there. We have an appt to register our marraige and i have a quick question. Does anyone know if a certified copy of your birth cert will be accepted? If not, can you get the birth cert in the same place (Lombard St, Dublin) as the appt if you werent born in Dublin?
    thanks in advance.
