Ok so I've got an upcoming presentation to do ( in about 2 weeks) for my Housing Law & Policy Lecture. Basically what is involved is that I have to propose a new Housing Act. Something to help our affordable social housing situation springs to mind. Any help with suggested readings would be greatly welcomed.

    Bunk-beds = more space.

But seriously, people aren't here to do your homework for you. If you are looking for specific materials people will usually oblige by pointing you in the right direction. But if you have a presentation to do, then you have to come up with your own ideas.

Sanctimonious, I know, but a definite life lesson.

NAMA has a number of houses and apartments. A new Housing Act could provide for the details of these empty properties to be put in a big drum. Details of people in need of housing go in another drum. Then the two are matched in a weekly 'Winning Streak' style draw on Saturday nights. The show finale sees one lucky winner getting a shot at a medieval castle or maybe a hotel.

You do realise that NAMA doesn't own those properties?

ChevChelios90 - do you realize there is only one housing law and policy course in Ireland , in NUIG by Dr Kenna? He wouldn't be too happy to hear one of his students are online looking for someone to do his end of year assignment!
