How long on tarmac?

    A friend of a friend has been stuck on the tarmac prior to take off in Dublin Airport for 4 hours now, what is the longest an airline can keep passengers on the tarmac for without disembarkation?

    Ugh that's rubbish. Especially if you're not psyched up for ten hours on a plane. (if it is Boston)
