Upgrade to new webmail

    On behalf of a friend .... has an eircom e-mail account on old version of webmail. No longer has eircom landline. Uses Meteor instead. Wants e-mail account moved to new webmail so he can forward e-mails to a Windows 8 system (do not support POP3) ... the new webmail can allow this .... but not the old one. Can this be arranged ???

    It really depends on a few things, if the email address ends with eircom.net your friend will be able to request this by contacting eircom email support on 1530277100. If the email address is indigo then this will not be available.
