Walking on my hands

The year before last I got fit enough to do that silly russian dance where you squat down and kick out one leg at a time. I find having a strange goal keeps me motivated.
Ive been out injured for a good year with the back but now Im well .... back.
This year I want to get fit enough to comfortably walk on my hands. I have started standing on my hands and doing kind of upside down shoulder presses leaning on the wall at the end of work outs. Does anybody walk on their hands or have any pointers?

I can and do daily, best advice is to do it everyday , walking in your hands is slightly easier than straight out balancing

These videos are from a US gymnastic coach. Note how they have the face towards the wall, most people doing handstand practice do it the other way around, face away from the wall.

below shows how to get into the position and is also an exercise in itself

the one below gets you used to only having 1 arm on the ground at a time.

this site is worth a look too
