    hi folks looking for some help here on an order I have from amazon usa
    What has happened is the parcel arrived in Ireland but has now been held since the 28/2, what it says on the parcel tracker is its "pending customs and clearance scan".
    My question is does anyone know the best way to contact someone who can let me know whats happening as im getting bounced from customs to an post and back again all day
    its a galaxy note im waiting on could there be an issue with taxes?
    any help appreciated
    the courier is I parcel, so an post cant help. anyone have a phone number for I parcel as the one on their website does not work

    Fastway will probably be delivering it here. They wont know anything if its still in customs though.

    You can prepay duty on amazon.com to avoid this issue

    Did you get the parcel in the end. I am experiencing the same problems now
