We now have match Thread devoted to it too:D.

So they were flying in here to open one.

Be nice if Nani could start tomorrow. Just to see what he looks like if nothing else.

Is he not on loan to some Italian team

It comes with the job if you're not up to it, I'm sure his millions of pounds will ease the pain.

Why not do what every other team do boo not show up instead of childish stuff which is yes humiliating but it should not be for Moyes but the so so who are doing it.

Fresh from confusing Kieran Gibbs with Oxlade-Chamberlain last week, Andre Marriner is now posting in here!

Some are mentioning Nani. He has neither been seen nor heard for months now. You would not be faulted for thinking that he had left the club. PhysioRoom doesn't have him on the injury list either. What has happened to him?

Grown men booing is as just as childish if you ask me. I'm not in favour of the plane idea btw but if he has the thick skin to take on the job, I'm sure he'll get over it.

    tbf you would not.

He has been out injured for a while but was back training last month. Think he was on bench for Hammers game. Not sure open for correction..

Nani can't do worse than some of the guys we have running out there, so he should get the chance.

    He is Michael Jacksons Twin;)

Maybe the fans should start a chant, could use the lines from Mickey J's Smooth Criminal

    "Nani are you ok,
    So Nani are you ok,
    Are you ok Nani"

Same could be applied to Moyes if needs be :D

Bull****. There is no precedent for this. Whatever happens in the heat of the moment, stupid things have gone on in football stadiums, but this is a different kettle of fish.

Scholesy seems to have came out of shell a good bit since retiring.

Seen someone put this up on twitter the other night.

"Its taken Paul Scholes 39 years to get over his shyness, now he won't shut the **** up. "

    Where is that confirmed? :)

There isn't a precedent alright but at the end of the day it's still just fans giving the manager a message they don't want him anymore. Stupid way of doing it but sure I'm sure he's prepared to deal with it.

    Scott ‏@R_o_M 1h
Nobody was seriously expecting Moyes to cruise to the title with this squad like Fergie did, but 7th? Get a grip. He's failed massively.
    Scott ‏@R_o_M 1h
Is the squad that won the league a few months ago worse than Everton's? Worse than Spurs? Arsenal? Is it ****.
    Scott ‏@R_o_M 1h
We are 26 points off where we were this time last season, and people are saying the squad is **** and Moyes needs time. Insane.

Hard to disagree with any of that.

It's confirmed to be fake by a Man Utd journalist.

I actually feel so sad this has been allowed continue, then Moyes comes out with this crap about Sir Alex would have struggled this season cause of what he inherited. Fergie would have got the second 11 in the top six, he could rest most of the team and still win games at home.

Confirmed as a fake by his son too and he also doesn't think he'll ever see his father on Twitter!

I think I'll leave our match thread to the Liverpool fans

Sure he said he would never join Twitter in that interview with Gary Neville last season.

Are we allowed to discuss the match on this thread?

looks like the plane flyover is going to happen tomorrow, imo its a disgrace and no matter how bad moyes has been he does not deserve that. like i said here before i will stand behind him until next season and see what he can do. and for people to be calling for his head after the bayern game is ridicoulous as well as chances are they will beat united over the 2 legs anyway as they are the best side in europe

I've picked Manu in Last Man Standing competition this week. We are into Week 9 & only 9 left, 5 of us picked Manu. Villa usually roll over at Old Trafford but who knows this season.

Me too. We were not allowed to pick one of the top six. That really brought it home to me now bad things were. Utd not in the top six. Must be twenty years since you could say that.

Any of you listen to the Rantcast or RedMancunian podcasts? The former is pretty good, Paul is a funny & genuine guy. Only started subscribing to the RM pod today.

Never backed against United but 3 or more at 8/11 looks great.

Had a fiver on City -2 which won me 37.50 back.

Have put it on Bayern -2 with such a result winning me 168 quid back. And will likely put that on Bayern -2 again for a rollover....a bit like how Moyes will.
