Hi,

Otherwise, does anyone have any idea of real-world speeds and latencies achievable on the Smart Telecom product?

Did you move in in the end? Magnet and Imagine's websites suggest they can serve these apartments... need to phone them tomorrow as I'll be viewing an apt there tomorrow and would need decent BB to work from home.
