If RVP doesn't start it's extremely hard to envisage a lot of us not seeing green arrows this week! Limited pool to choose from and the vast majority will go with Hazard as captain, or vice captain behind RVP. I'm looking at the team below, 10 playing in a 4-4-1:

Mata---Lallana---Ince---Hazard(c)

My rival has made two changes this week and based on his team value and style of play I'm pretty sure he's brought in Marshall and Terry to try and get his team as similar to mine for the final run in. If that's the case he'll have 8 of the above players, with my Evra + Ward against his Chambers. I've 25 points to catch him, would be brilliant if this was under 20 by the end of the day. Will find out in 10 minutes if my hunch is correct...

Guy that has made up huge ground on me in the last 4 weeks has 3 and made 2 transfers so max of 5. Can't wait to see who he brought in.

Guess looking at the teams in a bit will reveal all,those of us with the 10 will need someone like Ince to hit 8+ and RVP benched to see good gains.

From FF point of view a Utd no show at WBA will be a massive blow to those who have banked on RVP/Rooney as capt.

GW31 will have far the bigger impact than this week. of the fixtures today there's not even one fixture that stands out in terms of big points potential - if i can scrape average for this week i'll be delighted - GW31 and beyond is where i hope to make the ground

As a Fpl player I'm disappointed that Vidic doesn't play but as a United fan I'm delighted he doesn't. If that makes any sense.

the short sightedness of it all.

Suarez down .3 in the last week I think and he scored 15 in his last game week..... he's going to be the man to have for the run in!

Looking at my private leagues the 8 players I have should do some damage to them.
7-8 players should be enough to be safe, those of You who have 10 should fly through this week.

Looking at my rivals I am not worried at all.

Used my two free transfers to bump my team up to eight. With Hazard as captain same as nearly everyone else I shouldn't lose too much ground.

I'm kinda annoyed. My main opponent has quit. Today compounds it. No changes, didn't even bother to choose captain and vice. He's not even doing badly! He's at something like 190,000 and he's 87 points behind me. He gained 27 points on me last week! I am having an awful run!

I want to be challenged! I don't wanna win because he quit!

I should just be happy I'll win, but this has annoyed me. :pac:

Fielding nine today. Hazard captained. Hoping for a solid week. Could do with one after the last two!

I was close - my rival brought in Marshall and Cahill. Fancy my chances this week! Quiet games from Cahill and Chambers and I'll make some ground.

Ouch! The guy ahead of me in the Gibraltar country league is struggling a bit. Hopefully Snodgrass and Noone don't play so he's left with 6!

Bit more optimistic now after looking at leagues alot have ten but plenty have been caught out. Lots of folk have taken hits this week but have failed to pay any attention to GW31,lots of anguish ahead for them.
