Respite Care Grant & Working

There is a figure of 15 hours which is relevant here.

If you work 15 or more hours a week and are getting carers allowance only, you do not qualify for the respite care grant. I think that is set out in clear terms.

However, what is not clear is the respite care grant eligibility for those receiving Domiciliary Care Allowance only, or those receiving both Domiciliary Care Allowance and Carers Allowance. In this case, does working more than 15 hours per week rule you out of the respite care grant?
