Recomendation for gym & pool in Dublin 12 area

Hi,

Going to be moving up to Dublin 12 soon to the Captain's Road. So I guess that'd be South Crumlin/Kimmage.

I'm looking for a new leisure center to join when I do move up. Currently in a place with a gym(cross trainers, treadmills, bikes and weight machines) and a 22m pool. So looking for something similar. Would ideally like something in the area but have car and will travel a reasonable distance(~20mins) to somewhere with parking.

Also important to me is a Sauna, and to a lesser extent Steam Room and Jacuzzi.

Could anyone recommend somewhere? Or give me pros and cons. I think there's a Ben Dunne Gym not far, Carlisle. Anyone a member? Does it have a sauna? Would you recommend it to a friend?

Sheldon Park on the Kylemore Road is'nt far decent gym.Has all the above.

Carlisle would be walking distance from Captains Rd, I've been a member since it opened, it's grand. Very busy at peak times, but I guess most places are. Lots of free classes included in membership.
It has sauna, steam room & jacuzzi.

The Carlisle ticks all your boxes, and walking distance. The only other Gym with swimming pool nearby I can think of is the Swan Leisure in Rathmines but you will have to pay for parking. Its pay as you go if you want to check it out once.
