It is currently 90 euro for a two day workshop but was 100 for 3 days as per promo below....

Learn how to get the best from your camera! This workshop covers all the basics of Digital Photography and the essential knowledge to be able to understand your camera and to take better and more creative photographs. Utilising the magnificent grounds of Dublin Zoo there is a good balance between indoor tuition and outdoor animal and bird photo-shoot opportunities.

Cost: €100 (includes entrance to the Zoo each day)
    Pre-booking is essential

For more information please call the Education Department on (01) 474 8932 or email: education@dublinzoo.ie to book your place!

Has anyone heard anything good or decent about it? Or is it worth saving the pennys elsewhere??

Sounds interesting but i'm guessing it would be more suited to total beginners. It frustrates me when going to a course they spend half the day explaining shutter speed and aperture.

Might be interesting if a Boards photowalk used the zoo as a location. Spend the day learning from others and then spend the tutorial fee on Beers after. :)

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

They'd probably offer group discounts too?? I'd be very keen for this. I never shoot wildlife or anything

I'd be up for that too.
