Tiredness

Most times I go to the gym now, as soone as I enter the place I have a big energy/motivation crash.

    What could be causing this?

My diet has been fairly consistent over the last number of weeks, I get about 6 - 8 hours sleep every night, and my work is not overyl stressful.

I am wearing braces so sometimes grinding wakes me at night aburptly and I have difficulty getting back to sleep.

Is there something I can measure to see why I'm fatiguing at the gym? alternatively, is there anything I can use to pick me up and boost my envery levels?

    Thanks.

Diet is reasonable. Protein is well monitored and diet is high in fat - lots of olive oil and coconut milk. Diet is mainly natural foods with little processed foods.

I'm guessing it is due to possibly lack of small meal prior to training (which I avoid as digestion makes me sleepy) or lack of sleep.

I've been thinking of taking caffine tablets to perk me up but I'm not sure if this is wise.

I actually used to experience that from time to time. sometimes i would just turn around and walk out. I reckon you probably just dont like the gym as much as you think. Try some fitness classes or swimming maybe to freshen things up.

    Could be vitamin D deficiency.
