I live in the Border area (south) and have recently after several years of trying got my phone line broadband compatible. Manna from heaven or is it? The downside is that it will only cope with speeds of up to 2 Mbs. Eircom suggest a basic package but I would like to see what the others are offering.What package would you…

Eircom suggest a basic package but I would like to see what the others are offering.What package would you recommend for my situation - no point in spending big money if speed is capped as above however I would like it to be as feature rich as possible.

The information even on Bonkers and U Switch take ages to download on my existing prehistoric connection . Can anybody help?
