Videos like this annoy me, they build up all my hopes and then smash them into tiny little pieces.

And when it gets announced, no-one will believe it and it won't get the funding to get it going!

Read the IGN article on this. They call it stupid :pac: Can't blame them really. It's obviously some viral marketing for Back to the Future. But of what kind? Re-release in the cinemas or something stupid?

I thought I read that they are making a Back to the Future stage musical? Could be for that?

Yep. October 21st next year is the only day when those endless 'today is the day Marty McFly travelled to the future!111!!' posts are actually true.

They could make it real.....if they invented an anti-gravity machine. I'm sure NASA has one of them hidden away somewhere.

I think a marketing company hired to ramp up excitement for a BTTF re-release, cinema showing, or whatever would be making a big mistake using the hoverboard and other tech we havn't gotten yet as their spring board.

They'd be better off using artifacts from the 80s so we get nostalgic, rather than try to entice us with tech we don't have/can't have.
