    I have been wondering for the last 6 months "WTF happened to Richard Bruton??". He was everywhere up until about a year ago and then disappeared (Russia-style!) completely. Now I see him back on Prime Time tonight, up against another ghost in Willie O'Dea. What's happening; anyone got any info?

    willie o'dea is a very hard working fella and this is recognised by the people of limerick.

    plus he isn't shy about slandering (no matter how false) the shinners. always a good thing.

    Yeah, he licked his wounds for a while but when FG came into power he was back in bidness! Enda forgave him and he got a senior ministerial position as minister for jobs, enterprise and innovation. That's ancient history - what happened last year? Or is Enda playing the long game? I still prefer to believe that there is an Opus Dei/Illuminati involvement. Where is Run2DaHills when you need him?

    Was that when he was in opposition?
    A lot of the most vocal opposition politicians seem to become rather muted when they get into power.
    Joan Burton being another case in point.
    Seems to me they just exchanged their script with FF politicians when they crossed the floor.
