I want to watch news online with English subtitles, anyone help me?

    I am a foreigner, my English is not very good. I want to watch TV online, but i need English subtitles, otherwise i can't understand what they are talking about. can anyone give me some advice? where can i watch telecast like rte news or bbc news online with subtitle?

    Try RTE 6.01 News, it has a bit with subtitles for the deaf.

    Yeah, I don't think you can get Irish news online with subtitles. Not sure though.
