Damon Albarn shot ... his new video on his tablet

Perhaps taking a cue from the thousands of phones and tablets that film him at concerts, Damon Albarn shot the video for "Lonely Press Play," a track off his forthcoming solo debut Everyday Robots, by filming it entirely on his tablet.

He captured the footage for the video guerilla-style (or is that Gorillaz-style?) in a variety of locations that one might expect to find Albarn (Tokyo, London, Dallas, Utah, Iceland, Colchester, England and Devon, England) and one unusual one (North Korea).

Motion is the star of the video, with shots of moving roads and airplane wings contrasting with the chill nature of the song.

Personally, I do like Blur... and this is just a difference of opinion but man that song sucks. The kind of song you put on when you are depressed.
