Acceptable Rake/Trail?

About to click buy on a frame and forks to build up a track bike and am torn between two fork options.

The frame is a Dolan Pre Cursa, and paired with the standard forks (alpina track forks, rake 30mm) has a trail of 72mm.

I'm looking at other, heavily discounted full carbon forks instead of the standard ones. One with a rake of 25mm (giving a trail of 77mm) or one with a rake of 40mm (giving a trail of 62mm).

Would the ones with 40mm rake make the bike too twitchy?

Afaik, 25mm is ideal rake for track fork.
