Either a wide flathead chisel or a paint scraper and hammer, and gently tap the chisel or scraper in under the tile.Take the grout and silicone sealant out 1st and then take the broken tile out. When installing a new tiled bath panel make a removeble access hatch or door so that you can gain access to under bath waste pipes and bath tap flexis without having to break off the bath panel again.

A Stanley knife is good too for removing grout. Keep both hands on it though cause if it slips it'll get messy

I use a Bosch oscillating multi tool with grout removal bit.Great little machine for quick, precise and easy grout removal.
