Today I had 3 sausages 2 rashers a fried egg a hand full of mushrooms and 2 buttered slices of toast for breakfast. All grilled bar the egg.
Then I had a sandwhich with 5 slices of ham a good bit of cheese and a pile of coleslaw on it.
For dinner I will have a large plate with two roast chicken breasts on the bone a lump of broccoli with cheese on it and the rest of the plate in mash.
2 pints of milk. 3 or 4 cups of tea and a cup of coffee with 2 sugars in it.
I am 5ft 8 and weigh in at 11 and a half stone.
Im male usually unless the missus is on.

    How old are you?

If you're 30+ then fûck you :pac: (but still you'll probably have a heart attack by your late 40's)

If under 25. Just you wait. It'll catch up with you.

I used to eat like you same height to and found myself knocking on 40 at 13st6lbs.

Last couple of months I've cut out all the crap, eating loads of fruit and veg and sticking to the lean meats. Cut out loads of bread and cheese all processed foods and sugar/chocolate. Have lost a stone and should hopefully be 11st by the summer if not sooner.

Of course you can eat like the OP but you'd need to exercise 5 hours a day 7 days a week.

5ft 3" and 7 stone 3. After losing a half stone in the last couple of weeks. Not in a good way. All down to stress.

Im slightly on the older side of 30. I dont exercise that much maybe once a week at the moment. Im trying to get to 12 stone in mainly muscle. If I let the processed pizza type food in for a few days the gut starts to grow but I keep on top of it mostly.

Yesterday: Breakfast- 2 wheetabix and country store mixed through it and 2 mugs of tea.

Lunch- a hot chicken roll, with cheese, boiled egg, tomato, jaleponeos, cucumber, lettuce and mayo followed by a bananna and an orange and washed down with two mugs of tea.

Bag of crisps at 5pm as I was starving.
Dinner at around 9pm- pasta bolognese (approx 170 gramms of mince + veg and about 100 gramms of pasta). followed by a few spoons of natural yogurt, some chocolate and tea.

Another mug or two of tea also during the day. I'm 5ft 10 and weight 13st.

I would be overweight if I ate that much. Not 20-odd stone but still noticeably overweight. I don't think I have a slow metabolism though, just an average one. It seems like you have a fast metabolism.
I would have put on weight with a diet like that when I was in my 20s too.

Same height as yourself OP and weigh a bit over 10 and a half stone. Gained more than half a stone over the last few months due to meds I'm on. Diet would be quite poor tbh. Coco Pops in the morning, 12 inch sub, crisps, coke and maybe a sandwich. Might have another sub if I'm feeling particularly hungry.
Wheres the meat? And the milk. You need some meat and milk lad.

Was very fancy today. Had beans on white toast for breakfast. 1 of the little tins, 2 slices. 1 cup of coffee which was black, then had 2 little brown bread rolls in college which had lettuce and ham, with some butter. Then for dinner I had skewered chicken and things which was made up of 2 chicken breasts, a rasher, 3 sausages, peppers and stuff, fried potatoes, and brown rice. with some sweet chili sauce.

    I weigh 70kg, and I'm 5 foot 9 or 10.

I eat regularly and weigh myself every other month.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 970 ✭✭✭yawhat!

I had six big Mac meals today. Its okay though because they were medium meals and got a diet coke.

I also used low fat milk in my tea this morning. Because I used low fat milk I was able to get myself 3 pastries for breakfast.

Ah Im male remember I can eat a bit more. Im probably taller as well.
Its mainly meat Im eating though so its not that much calories altogether.
4slices of bread and a few spuds is the only real bad stuff there.
Of course sausages arnt ideal but they arnt a baguette.

Edit: coleslaw bit rough too. Not too bad though.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,440 ✭✭✭Stavros Murphy

I've a big fry every morning, coffee and smokes for brunch, lunch and the 3 o'clock crunch, then eat a good big dinner of spuds, chops, cabbage and whatever else the missus managed to catch in the local Tescos. And I'm 14.5 stone of bone, gristle, hair and teeth. I'm also 6'4"..and fully expect to keel over stone-dead any time soon. But I want my fry first.

If a butcher is 6 foot tall and eats 3,000 calories a day, what does he weigh?

    Sausages!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 131 ✭✭geckovision

Meal 1: Chicken breast, 30g white rice, broccoli and parsnips. A pear afterwards.
Meal 2: Tuna, tomato, cheese, light mayo on wholewheat.
    Snack: 3 Boiled eggs.
Meal 3: (Will be) two chicken legs and salad.

    Puddin' gecko needs to lose a few kg's. A few = 10. :(

Im shocked that nobody that eats 12pack of crisps 4 litres of coke and a few dinners a day with a super metabolism hasnt been on yet.
Also where is somebody that eats two chicken breasts a day and cant find their cat because they sat on the cat and cant get off the cat.
I heard the other day that the weight your grandad was when he was 14 controls your weight. Nobodies grandad was big when they were 14 you were lucky to have shoes back then never mind food.

I'm confused. I was weighed last week and it was 55kg, which is apparently 8.6 stone. It's odd because I have a bit of a belly when I sit down. 5' 5" too apparently.

I have to stop myself eating too much. Had a big ass bowl of porridge, sandwich for lunch, having a double burger for dinner.

Change the porridge to a bit of chicken and veg. You may weigh the same but belly should go.

I do drink a couple of cans of cider though. I seem to put on weight if I eat a few peas even.

    Weight 15 stone.
