Dental help

    I'm 29 and never been to the dentist. My parents never sent me as they couldn't afford it and by the time I was 18 I was too embarrassed to go myself, 11 years on and I want to be able to smile.
    I know I need 2 back teeth pulled and my front teeth are awful. There are holes in the side of 3 of my teeth. I'm forever conscious of it and hate speaking to people as I think they're staring at my mouth.
    I've finally given up cola and all fizzy things and only drink water now .
    Few questions are what can be done for my front teeth? Caps or is there a chance of a filling? Will the dentist be disgusted?
    Obviously money is tight so I wouldn't have a chance of getting it all done at once but can I get my front teeth fixed first or would the priority be the removal of the bad teeth?

    the priority is removal of disease, whether that be through removing the broken teeth completely, or by removing decay and filling the teeth.
    whichever you want to do first is up to you really.

    i doubt the dentist would be disgusted. if you listen carefully, you may hear them cracking their knuckles wanting to sort the stuff out. patients with nice clean teeth are dreadfully boring.
