Can new ebay.ie account sell on ebay.co.uk?

    if i sign up for ebay.ie will i be able to sell on ebay.co.uk immediately or will i have to get 10 positives plus be registered for 90 days, if not could i create an account on ebay.co.uk instead with an irish address?

    This might help.
    From December 14, 2006, sellers will have to meet eBay’s highest level of verification in order to list an item on a site that is different than the site on which they are registered. Sellers who live in a market where we don’t currently have an eBay site will have to meet eBay’s highest level of verification to list on any eBay site.

    For most of the world, the verification requirement is to be PayPal Verified. In Germany and Switzerland, the verification requirement is PostIdent, and in Austria, it is ID Verify.

    Sellers will be exempt from the verification requirement in two instances:

    Cross-border sellers with an established track record will be exempted if they meet the following requirements by December 1, 2006:

    25 or more total feedback
    98% positive feedback

    so its 25 feedbacks, but if i create a uk account with an irish address would i be able to verify it for paypal? i have an account from 2006 but ebay suspended it for another account being linked to the same paypal account (dont know how that happened) a few days ago and i mainly sell in uk and us
