Hi I was wondering is anyone can help me...I have had to reduce my hours in work slightly due to personal reasons, can I still apply for FIS?

Also, it says it is based on your P60 from last year but if so then I would be over the income limit as was still working 40 hours a week last year. Do they base it on your new income if your working hours reduce and if so do I still need to send a P60?

Very confused and have tried ringing but can never get an answer

Once you have a child and work more than 19.5 hours aweek you aould be entitled.submit most recent payslips to shos reduction of hours

You must be working a minimum of 19 hours per week not 19.5 .

They will base it on your current income ,you will still need to send your P60 and a payslip but also get a letter from your personnel dept. outlining your new work pattern/contract.
