Bathroom sink/basin

    Advice please an fitting a bathroom sink/basin.
    Do I need a pedestal if I have a press under the sink or does the press become the pedestal. The sink will be along a plasterboard wall (62mm) . How will the sink/press be secured . The floor is tiled over a wooden floor.

    The press or vanity unit below the sink becomes the pedestal and the sink basin sits ontop of the vanity uint.You run a bead of silicone around the top of the unit and then place the basin down ontop of the press or vanity unit.You can either bond the basin onto the wall with 2 dabs of Tec7 or use basin mount screws and plastic nuts to secure it to the wall.Its a very simple job to do.
