Has any body any experience on these hydro generators that fit under your bonnet and generates hydrogen into your air breather . I'm not a mechanic and no very little about engines but I have a Toyota landcruiser and was thinking of getting 1 for it they say u can expect 50% of an increase in your mpg if any body has any info on this I'd appreciate the feed back thanks

Sounds a lot like magic beans.

If such technology existed I would imagine Toyota being a company with profits in the billions of dollars in 2013 would have it in their vehicles by now.

Load of shyte IMO. I know a few Range Rovers with them fitted and the only definable benefit is a cleaner upper engine. I think that's down to the damn bores always being slightly washed in water vapour tbh, and in tests, these have never provided solid definable benefits. You'd need a cylinder of pure hydrogen in the boot and plumbed in to make a difference.

Yep, big guzzlers in the rover family were popular for this for a while, jury out if any r.o.i.
