optical benefit form

    Just wondering if anyone could help. I'm filling in this form to claim optical benefit, had to bring it to work for them to fill in my prsi contributions from 1/1/14 to date. And now on my part to fill in it asks:

    "date you first started working"

    Does anyone know if this is for the start date of where I work now or does is mean the start date of my very 1st job?
