i need to get my secruity code today can't make payments without it instead of waiting for it by post its urgent?

It is not possible to make an online payment without a payee activation code. 

If you have your mobile phone number registered to receive payee activation codes, you can choose to receive the code by text. If not, the code will be sent to the home address on your account.
