Do it by post. Fill in your own details and leave buyers details empty. Just name address herd number and list cattle numbers. Date and sign it. It Will be valid for a month.

If you have a printer here is a link. It is the first one, click on on it and it will open a pdf file and print it off.

Not sure what you mean but - Do you need to be signed up with Agfood to use the form? No you do not. That was the way it was done before Agfood.
However I would suggest if you a doing a number of movements per year then sign up for Agfood.ie. It is much easier, faster as in instant permit and when you get to familiar with computers etc, very easy to use.

I use Agfood for movements but I prefer to maintain a manual (written) herd and remedies register but you can opt out of using the manual system and use the Agfood computer one if you like.
I am old school and prefer to view the herd register in book form :)

I use kingswood for for the herd register but my laptop is jinxed . I really have to get up to speed on maintaining the herd register properly , I know half the stuff we sold last year isnt taken off it yet and im lax enough on the remedies too :o

Never used Kingswood as we really did not have the requirement for such a system. Unless movements have to be done I find that it is best to do the paperwork at least once a week, preferably early in the morning (brain power is better) if circumstances allow.

We dont need it either but the father was half duped into getting it when he was milking . He sure doesnt need it now .
It would be no harm to set aside a few minutes every week for it alright

Have kingswood here and its handy enough for some stuff, but can be a pain to.
Found the frs herd watch app today tho, haven't downloaded as not much point when we have kingswood, but have to say it does seem to be well set out, and it's approved to register calves with department etc. main reason i liked it was once your set up you can log in off any phone with the app or on the computer... Free to thats always good :D
