    Hello,

My 06 1.4 petrol focus has a big end bearing problem. 113,000 km on the clock, wheel bearing also gone and needs tyres, brakes and bushings for NCT so I dont think its worth putting money into it. Trying to sell it on Donedeal was offered 1250 cash not sure if its enough was offered 3000 to trade in against 09/10 focus.

What do ye think about that offer?

Have the option to buy sisters car (06 Astra 1.4 petrol) for a good price and at least I know where its been, was also looking at any 08 diesel with cheap tax, I do around 24000 km a year

    Any advice would be great

Yup got an independent mechanic to look at it and then took it to main dealer when he said it was that serious
