Cost of moving immersion across hallway

I have an electric immersion tank together with electric water pump which I need to move across the hallway and to the right by about 4mtrs in an apartment. Pipes are fed via the ceiling. Any idea if this would be a major cost or would it be a simple enough re-plumbing job? i.e. would I need to sell my firstborn?
