Knee Pain / Physio

I've had the strangest knee problem for the past 3 weeks or so. It randomly started hurting as I was walking one day & seemed to go as quickly as it started. It now just bothers me every morning (basically after a very long rest), I can't straighten it out properly without pain but eventually it seems to loosen up as the day wears on.

I thought it would go away but it's starting to bug me. I figure the GP will just refer me somewhere else. I had an excellent osteopath a few years ago but he has moved his practise. So wondering has anybody any experience with The Physio Company or any knee type expert in the Fingal area?
