Don't like it at all. It's very tame and quite boring actually.

Y'know, Corholio, tho' I know what you are getting at, I am used to these guys being so noisy/distorted, I can't make a darned thing out, so nice that it is a bit more mellow. SO, I guess, I like! Saw them at EP a couple of years ago (think 2011?) - hadn't really heard of them much before. Mighty enjoyable but couldn't heard a word of the lyrics as there was just so much noise!
Wouldn't want them to go too mainstream, I guess.
Was very into Ride back in the day, and them seemed to drift too mainstream after some awesome stuff at the beginning.
    BW,

Some of those synths kind of remind me of 'I Feel Love' by Donna Summer.

Not a bad song but yes it does sound a little bit tame and bland. They sound like they're going for a bigger and more accessible sound which can quite often result in bands straying too close to the middle of the road.

That was not was expecting from them! ..I have a slight liking for some of their earlier punk songs ..why do bands think they need to introduce electronica to be seen to be changing?

I actually thought that Strange House was rubbish. Primary Colours was a big step up for them and made me take them a lot more seriously as a band. Skying was good too but failed to match Primary Colours.

Yeah I agree, Strange House was pretty muck, apart from count in fives.

I'm intrigued as to where they go with this album and I quite like the song.

Would like to see them at one or two festivals this summer.

I actually like that video posted above. Obviously early stuff. Very punk alright. Very different but very good, too. Just reading up on them online. Interesting enough history. Public schoolboys indeed!
Await new album with interest, then.

You obviously didn't listen beyond the first album, they changed a lot on the second and kept moving forwards. Video below from 2009, 5 years ago!

You are correct I didn't hear anything from that album.Haven't really heard much from them last few years but thanks for bringing them to our attention. That song if it is representative of the changed style on the album is probably why I didn't hear them ...its too slow for my liking And checking out some tracks from skying now again completely different ..they should have called themselves the chameleons..They tend to write music that reminds me of other bands and other music in essence.I think they are still searching for their sound that makes them unique ..as I say I like the first album but am guilty of not hearing any of their two subsequent albums so I wont make any further comments on albums I have not heard.

Stick with them, they are one of the most interesting bands around in my opinion.

I think the second album "Primary Colours" is an almost masterpiece.

I only got into them after hearing Skying a few years ago, a great album.

Looking forward to the new album.

It is though. They can do a lot better than that.

2nd single. A lot more immediate and punchy than the first.
