I know that the points requirement for the scholarships was 560 this year. Just curious as to when the points requirement for next year's scholarships become known? Gratsiass.

It's stayed the same since I was in LC so, which was back in 2011! Would imagine it's not going to change from that to be honest.

I think it depends if you have hl maths or not, I think its 560 WITHOUT HL maths, and 585 with HL maths, I have a friend who was caught out by this last year. Doublecheck yourself just to be sure.

I e-mailed NUIG and they said that the points have remained the same for some years, but they didn't mention anything to do with maths. I mean, I got the points without doing maths anyway but it seems a bit dishonest that it's not specified on the site.

They do specify somewhere on their site about the extra points for HL Maths, I remember reading about it before my LC (2012).

585 is needed if you're to be awarded the scholarship if you include HL Maths in your top 6.
