hardwareversand return support

    Hey all

    I received an order from hardwareversand at the beginning of the month.
    Outside box was fine but the boxes inside had little or no packing to protect them.
    My new graphics card was smashed when i opened the box, fan assembly was broken in two.
    I returned the card and it was received by them about 2 weeks ago but haven't heard a word from them.
    Anybody any idea how long they take to send out replacements?

    We all love hwvs low prices. But this is where the love ends. They are not great at customer care by a long shot. And you will need to "ring" them.
    Do not wait around.

    Well got home and surprise surprise was delivered today!
    No shipping number, no notification but hey better late than never!
