I am planing on buying or custom making a computer,
I have a budget of 1000 euro and I want the computer to play at max settings on games such as Arma 3, Bf4 and so on...

The specs I am considering on buying is:

    Intel Core™ i3-3210 Processor (3M Cache, 3.20 GHz)

    GeForce GTX 770 JETSTREAM, 1085MHz, 4GB, 7010MHz GDDR5, 256-bit, PCI-E 3.0, DVI-I, DVI-D, HDMI, DP

    8gb RAM

    Windows 7 64 bit

    Direct x 11

    15gb HDD space

I've been told that Gpu and Cpu can not operate together and act as eachother but gpu operates manly on Graphics processing, Will these two conflict or is it better to have them both on the comp,
Any suggestions on specs to run max on arma 3? or is these specs the best, also I dunno what motherboard to use to run with the cpu.
