Tried squatting for first time, shoulders very sore (not from weight)

    So after finally having the courage to squat, I found that my shoulders were very sore. Like they couldn't go back far enough. I think I damaged my shoulder years ago in a rugby tackle but I'm not sure. I read up and seems I like mobility. I just need to rant somewhere. :mad::mad::mad:

    Place your back against a wall, step your feet out from the wall by about a foot or so.

    Keeping your lower back firmly against the wall, push your hands up over your head & try touch the wall behind you with them. If you can't then you have mobility issues pretty much & should work on it.
