Howdy, does anybody know what happens with upgrades, I have 16 pts in a4 and want to know do I start with zero in a3? And also if I was racing tomorrow could I? Or do I have to wait for new nums/a3 licence?

If you have 16 points as an A4 you are now an A3 as you are regarded from that point in time rather than waiting until your new licence arrives.
It is the riders responsibility to line out in the correct race or be liable for sanction if getting in the results in your old category

Yeah I know I'm a3 and obviously will race a3, do you just sign in with the same number?

You waltz in and shove the A4s out of the way and loudly boast, "I'M AN A3 NOW, DíCKHEADS!".

Ask the commissaire overseeing sign-on what to do. When that happened to me last year, he told me to use my A4 number in the A3 race.

Yes. It's all in the technical regulations, which Google will find for you in 1.2 milliseconds...or you can just click here:
