Hi guys, so I made this account purely to get some help with this,
My sister was told she had an ulcer during the week but hasn't stopped getting cramps, puking and being unable to breathe because the pain is so sore.

She's literally hysterical, which a&e is best? Or would an ambulance mean shed get attended to quicker?

She hasn't slept properly in days and to be honest it doesn't seem like an ulcer..
She has private health care if that makes any difference.
    Thanks

Closing this before the medical advice comes rolling in.
Go to an A&E straight away if it's serious enough.
