Doubled glazed windows- gap when closed. Inexpensive repairs?

Hi, I have some windows that let in draught when shut and I can see a small gal at the side where window isn't coming back snugly enough and maybe a 5 mm gap left. Who should I contact to repair this. Is it like a plumber and wills et me back a hundred quid? I'm sure it's pretty easy to do. Thanks guys Niall
