Hi, just wondering if anyone has booked with either of otel.com or onhotels.com ? I'm looking at booking accommodation with them but have never used them before and the prices seem a lot lower than the sites I usually use. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Used onhotels.com for an orlando trip. The price was so low compared to other websites I thought I might get hit with taxes on arrival. I took a chance and booked it and on the confirmation email was something like "this stay has been paid for in full and no taxes or resort fees are to be charged to the guest". I would definitely use them again. Search for a promo code. They normally have a 4/5% discount code about.

I've used Otel.com. They have a limited range of really good deals, but great prices in some cases.

Hi I wouldn't recommend otel.com. I booked a hotel through them and it booked me into a different hotel five kms away. I rang them immediately after booking and it took them three days to tell me they couldn't help me. I still have not received a refund on the hotel they incorrectly booked me into.

Just booked a hotel in Orlando for one night using onhotels. I was emailed a voucher to present at check in. Just wondering is this normal from the people that have used them before?

Hi, yes I got a voucher as an attachment in the email, printed and showed it at reception when checking in. I've actually used onhotels again since in Barcelona and it was the same. No hassle with them and would use it again.
