    I am thinking about starting clean 9 & nutri lean program has anyone any experience of either?

    No experience of it, but it is a total and utter rip off. Selling you unnecessary products and then, coincidentally, stopping you eating what you normally do. Yeah, you might lose weight at first, but you could do that without spending all that money on Forever Living garbage.

    No but I dont think €159 on meal replacement shakes and juices for 9 days is a healthy or sustainable way to lose weight.

    A friend of mine of normal weight is doing it, which to me sounds dangerous. It's no eating (plus appetite suppressants) for 2 days then 1 meal a day for 7 days. People thinking it's the sh*t because they are losing weight. The reason they are losing weight is down to the fact that they are not eating! They are dropping water weight and muscle like there's no tomorrow!!
